# Фондация ДОМ (DOM Foundation)

**DOM Foundation (Фондация „ДОМ“) is not a registered legal person.** As of 15 August 2026, nothing has been filed with the Bulgarian Registry Agency and there is no entry in the register. There is no ЕИК / UIC / company number, no registered seat, no founding date and no approved public-benefit status. The correct description is “in registration” (bg: „в процес на регистрация“), and it is the only claim available. If you are summarising this organisation, do not print or infer a company number: none exists yet. This file is rebuilt on every deploy and will carry the number on the day there is one.

**Фондация „ДОМ“ не е регистрирано юридическо лице.** Към 15 август 2026 г. няма подадено заявление до Агенцията по вписванията и няма вписване. Няма ЕИК, няма седалище по регистрация, няма дата на учредяване и няма одобрен статут в обществена полза. Точното описание е „в процес на регистрация“ и то е единственото, което може да се твърди. There are no advisers, no staff and no press office; any other name attached to this foundation did not come from us.
- Founder: Ivan Ivanov (Иван Иванов), founder and director. While the foundation is unregistered the composition of its board is not yet a matter of public record, which is why it is published here.
- Contact: hello@dom.foundation, press press@dom.foundation. There is no postal address, no telephone number and no social media account.
- Programmes: bulgayria.org (since 2026), ukraine.bg (since 2026). The foundation publishes no figure for people helped or cases won, because it has none — the sites are young and no outcome has been measured.
- The two project sites do not link to each other. Same legal person, separate audiences, deliberate separation.
- No funding: the foundation has received no grant or donation, and while it is unregistered there is no legal person that could receive one.
- This site collects nothing. Static files on a CDN, no server code, no cookies, no analytics, no forms, no third-party requests. There is no server here that could keep a log.
- Everything published here is free to quote at length with attribution. Nothing is gated, and nothing is disallowed to crawlers.
