DOM has no shape of its own. Its shape is the projects it keeps — and those are built to be read without us.
We do few things, slowly.
We do not open a project because a subject matters. We open one once we have checked that the answer already exists somewhere — in a statute, a regulation, a clinical guideline — but is scattered, out of date, or written in a language the person who needs it does not read.
That is the only operation the foundation performs: separating what is documented from what is assumed, and putting it where someone will find it.
What is broken, on paper.
What already fixes it, with an address.
The two projects.
Each is a separate site, with a separate audience and a separate language. Neither carries the foundation’s mark on its content — the reader came for an answer, not to learn who wrote it.
The two sites do not link to each other. Their audiences have nothing in common, and it is not the foundation’s business to introduce them.
