There is no server to keep a log.

This is not a policy. It is a description of how the site is built — because the way it is built does the work a policy usually does in words.

How the site is built.

dom.foundation is a set of finished files, assembled in advance and handed out by Cloudflare’s network exactly as they are. Your visit runs no application of ours, reaches no database, and meets no code that could decide what to record. Request observability is switched off explicitly in the site’s configuration.

  • No cookies — neither ours nor anyone else’s.
  • No analytics. None: not third-party, not self-hosted, not the kind that calls itself privacy-friendly.
  • No forms. There is no field on this site for you to type into.
  • Both typefaces are served from this domain. No third-party scripts, fonts, embedded maps or videos.
  • No consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

A site that promises not to log you.

A site with nothing to log with.

What remains.

Four things survive however empty the site is. Listing them is more use to you than a page that sounds flawless.

Cloudflare
For a page to reach you, someone has to send it. Cloudflare runs the network and, as the infrastructure provider, necessarily processes connection data — your IP address among it — to serve the request at all. That is not a choice we make; it is the condition of there being anything to open. Those data are handled by Cloudflare under its own terms. We have no access to them and keep no copy.
Email
A message to hello@dom.foundation is email. It sits with a mail provider, we can read it, and it carries your address along with whatever you chose to write. Write to us as you would to an organisation you do not know.
Outbound links
bulgayria.org and ukraine.bg are separate sites with their own policies. Leaving here is leaving.
Link prefetch
Hovering an internal link makes your browser start fetching that page before you click. The request goes to this site and nowhere else. We mention it because it is behaviour you did not ask for.

Rights under the GDPR.

The Regulation gives you rights against whoever holds data about you. About your reading on this site we hold none: we do not collect it, store it, or pass it to anyone. So we are not in a position to answer a request for access, correction or erasure — there is nothing to show you and nothing to delete.

Correspondence is the exception. If you have written to us and want your message deleted, say so and we will delete it.

If this changes.

If we ever add a form, a counter, or anything else that leaves a trace, this page changes first — before the change ships, not after. What is written here is not an intention but a description of the files sitting at this address. Changing them without changing this makes the description false, and a foundation whose only work is separating the documented from the assumed cannot afford a false description of itself.
