Two addresses.

One person reads them. So this page starts with what we cannot answer, rather than leaving you to wait for a reply that is not coming.

What we do not do.

  • We do not take cases. The foundation represents no one and will not appear anywhere on your behalf.
  • We do not give legal advice — not formally, and not informally by email.
  • We do not give medical advice and will not point you to a particular doctor.
  • We do not review contracts, refusals or decisions for you.

If you write about an urgent personal situation, we will reply briefly and say where to look: the relevant project — bulgayria.org or ukraine.bg — or a service that actually does casework. Someone in that position has no time to spend on courteous correspondence with a foundation that cannot help them.

The addresses.

hello@dom.foundation
Everything else: questions about the foundation, about the method, or about an error you have found in either project.
press@dom.foundation
Media.

There is no contact form. The site collects nothing, so the only way to write to us is to write to us. We promise no response time — and if a subject falls outside what we do, we will say so plainly rather than go quiet.

For journalists.

We confirm three things on the record: that DOM Foundation is in registration, that the founder is Ivan Ivanov, and what the two projects are. Everything else is published on the sites themselves and is free to quote with attribution.

We will not put a reader of bulgayria.org or ukraine.bg in touch with the press. Under no circumstances, whatever the subject. The sites hold no such contacts, and if they did the answer would be the same.

Money.

The foundation is not yet registered, so it cannot receive a grant or a donation — there is no legal person to receive one. Nor are we asking for donations. So far both projects have run without outside funding. If that changes, it will say so here, and it will say who gave the money.

DOM Foundation (Фондация „ДОМ“) is in registration as a public-benefit foundation. There is no entry in the register yet, so there is no company number to give you — and while there is none, we print none. The UIC and the registered seat will appear in this place on the day they exist.
